Open Mail
Type your name in the box next to "Full Name:"
Type you email address in the box next to "Email Address:"
Type "pop.batesvillecomputing.com" in the box next to "Incoming Mail Server:"
Select "POP" from the drop down menu next to "Account Type"
Type your username in the box next to "User Name:"
NOTE: Your usermail is your full email address!!!
Type your password in the box next to "Password:"
Type "smtp.batesvillecomputing.com" in the box next to "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):"
Select "OK"
If prompted that you cannot connect to the server", select "Continue"
Select "Mail" from the toolbar at the top of the screen
Select the "Accounts" button from the top of the window
Select "Server Settings..." from the bottom of the window
Type "587" in the box next to "Server port:"
Select "Password" from the drop down menu in the box next to "Authentication:"
Select "OK"
Select "Advanced" from the top of the window
Select "Password" from the drop down menu in the box next to "Authentication:"
Close the window
Select "Save"
Select "Get Mail" to receive any new messages
