Latest Outage / Maintenance Information
Monday 8-30-2011 8:00am - We are experiencing problems with our mail server. Customers may experience trouble sending or receiving mail. We are working to resolve this issue
Monday 8-22-2011 4:00pm - Customers in the Southside, Locust Grove, and Pfeiffer areas may experience loss of internet. Southside has been under an extensive power outage following todays storm. Entergy is aware of the outage and is in the process of repairing the problems.
Saturday 8-20-2011 4:30pm - We have corrected the problem with the connection. If you are still experiencing problems, please feel free to contact our office at 870-376-0123
Saturday 8-20-2011 9:00am - We are experiencing intermittent connection problems with our main wireless tower. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.
Thursday 8-18-2010 5:00pm - Service has been partially restored to the affected areas, however customers that are installed from our Southside tower may notice slow speeds. We are having to replace several pieces of equipment.
Thursday 8-18-2010 8:00am, - We encountered a lightning site at one of our tower locations. The strike cause equipment to malfunction, which affected our entire network.
Wednesday 8-3-2011 11:15pm - Our network provider has restored service.
